Summary:
In this project, numerous activities will be carried out, including training activities (LTT) aimed at strengthening women's entrepreneurship in program countries, empowering civil society organizations working in the field of women's entrepreneurship, and supporting academics working in entrepreneurship. The project will implement digital-based incubation and mentoring activities to empower women in the labor markets through the building of STEM-based entrepreneurship skills. Additionally, the project will provide intensive training programs and seminars for women entrepreneurs in areas such as 'Financial Management and Cost Control', 'Business Planning and Organization', and 'Resource Development / Investor Relations'.
At the end of the project, among the young women entrepreneurs aged 18-30 who have received training in FEM-Up Academy activities, the 'young women with the best innovative business idea' in partner countries will be identified and announced through an award ceremony.
FEM-Up Academy has been designed with a focus on gender studies, aiming to empower young women's entrepreneurship skills and facilitate networking, and career development. The project aims to serve as an incubation center for women entrepreneurs, providing them with a supportive environment, and bringing together individuals and institutions working in the field of women's entrepreneurship in an innovative ecosystem.
